Sound as Medicine is used as vibrational therapy to bring harmony into areas of dis-ease within the physical and energetic bodies. On a scientific level, sound has the ability to shift matter. The vibrations created through sound permeate the cells to create a shift of change. Using selected instruments and inspired by ancient methodology, I channel vibrational energy into a alternative healing experience.

Cartomancy is the channeling of divine messages through Tarot & Oracle as tools to gain clarity and the courage to create the life you desire. Past Life Regression is the opportunity to use guided hypnotherapy experience used to unlock ancestral trauma that exist on a deep cellular level that are causing blockages in this current timeline. These offerings allow a individual to journey inwards to the soul and innerstand the received knowledge to inspire them to step into their highest self.

In yoga, my philosophy is to treat the physical practice as a moving meditation. It is space you hold for yourself to get out of your mind and into your body. As a yoga instructor, my mission is to inspire my students to build their practice into one that allows them to grow, play and pay homage to the divine connection of body & breath.
